Whether you’re staying a week or spending the whole summer, our rates can save you hundreds of dollars compared to a luxury hotel. This way, you can afford to spend more for dining, rides, cruises, and other fun activities.
Your home away from home
With SunKiss Villas Vacations, you don’t get a room or a suite: you get an entire house, complete with a front and back yard, private pool and more. Our condo units have a separate parking space for tenants. All our homes are fully equipped with bedding, towels, linens, furniture, kitchenware and cutlery, cable TV’s, and most have at least one DVD player. Everything you need is provided—just bring your clothes and food and you’re all set!
Ample room
There’s no need to cram a family of eight into a single hotel room. Our Disney Vacation Rental Homes range from three- to six-bedroom private homes, perfect for large families or sharing with another group. It’s a vacation, after all—why shouldn’t you and your kids feel as comfortable as you are at home? The kids can play or go to bed early while you enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool, or set up a barbecue with our Gas BBQ rental.

You don’t just save on lodging costs with one of SunKiss Villas Disney Vacation Rental Homes, you can also save on dining, transportation, and entertainment. At most Disney hotels, guests are given meal stubs and have to eat out at every meal. Rental homes allow you to bring your own food or cook your own meals. We are also close to Disney World and other Florida attractions, so you don’t need a special shuttle to get around.
Easy booking
It’s easy to make a reservation for one of our Disney Vacation Rental Homes. Simply input your arrival and departure dates into the “Reserve Now” search box and click “Search”. You don’t need to make any other selections if you don’t want to. All available homes will come up at the top of the list. When you see a home you like click on the picture to get more information on that home.
