Family Fun

Families Love our vacation homes because they are only minutes from Disney and close to shopping of all kinds. There are several large grocery stores on your way to the parks plus a brand new Super Walmart less than a mile away. The kids will worship the ground you walk on. Sea World and Universal Studios Florida are close with easy access via Interstate I-4. Orlando International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.

"Paradise Palms" - 6 Bedroom Executive Villa

Our 6 bedroom executive home is located in "The Palms" development of "Lake Davenport Estate", just across the street from our 5 bedroom home. This home is also situated on a huge corner lot with the complete backyard and pool/patio enclosed by a privacy fence. The screened pool and covered lanai and patio is very large with plenty of space for family fun. This is a large villa with almost 3,200 square feet of space, great for a large family or for your next small company retreat. It is impecably decorated and a real eye popper. "Disney Palms" - 5 Bedroom Villa

Our 5 bedroom home is located in "The Palms" development of "Lake Davenport Estates". Situated on a huge corner lot it gives you a sense of space. This 2 story executive style home has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and it's own private, screened in heated pool and sleeps up to 12 plus baby. The villa is spaciously laid out on a large corner lot. The community is quiet and also has a nice community pool, tennis courts and children’s play area. "Disney Magic" - 4 Bedroom Villa

We are offering this lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath home for our friends who purchased it from us. It is located in the highly desirable Davenport Lakes community. It has it's own private pool and sleeps up to 10 plus baby. The community is quiet and borders Lake Davenport, a 400 acre lake. The lake is within an easy walk from the home (1 block). There is a nice club house with heated pool and lake access with dock behind the club house. A tennis court and play area is next to the club house and Polo Park golf course is adjacent to the community. All Kissimmee and Orlando attractions are close by and Disney is practically in the back yard. Newly remodeled, it's beautiful. Our 5 and 6 bedroom homes are next to each other in the same subdivision and our 4 bedroom home is approximately ¼ mile from the other 2 homes. Disney and the other Orlando attractions are very close to our homes. You’ll love the location. If you are looking for something extra special but affordable then look no further. Our homes have a desirable list of amenities your whole group will be pleased with including multiple cable TVs, DVD players and game systems. See our Location Map for our homes. The other homes we offer are in the same neighborhoods as our homes so if you need more that one home we might be able to help.

Within a couple miles radius of our homes are 24 hour supermarkets, fine dining and family style restaurants, world class golf courses, miniature golf, Premium Outlet shopping, tanning and beauty salons, pharmacies, and even a medical walk in clinic. Between the amenities SunKiss Villas offers and the attractions within a few miles of our homes, you will have a wonderful vacation before ever stepping into a theme park!
