As an owner who's properties are managed by DPS I can personally tell you that they are the best property managers I've ever had. (And I have had a few.) I know my homes are being looked after properly, my guests are being cared for and I am being informed about things. My statements are always on time and accurate. And they're not hard to read or understand. Very simple and straight forward. I HIGHLY recommend them.

As for SunKiss Villas, you should be able to tell that we are professionals when it comes to web development and internet marketing. Besides SunKissVillas.com we also own about 2 dozen other domains that are related to Disney or Orlando. Owners who elect to have their homes managed by DPS have the option to have us take bookings for their home for a small percentage (currently 15%). At the end of the month we provide an income statement to the owner and issue a check for rentals completed during that month to either the owner or to DPS to be applied to the owner's account or deposited into the owners personal bank account.

We are specifically looking to add a few more 3 bedroom pool homes and 6+ bedroom homes, especially if they are in the Lake Davenport Estates area, to our inventory. We get many inquiries for these size homes but don't have the inventory to offer to our prospective guests.

We will only accept a limited number of homes, based on the level of inquiries and bookings we receive. That way our villas are more fully booked and our owners are happier with the results.
