There are several large grocery stores on your way to the parks plus a brand new Super Walmart less than a mile away. The kids will worship the ground you walk on. Sea World and Universal Studios Florida are close with easy access via interstate I-4. Orlando International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the highly desirable Davenport Lakes community. It has it's own private pool and sleeps up to 10 plus baby. The community is quiet and borders Lake Davenport, a 400 acre lake. The lake is within an easy walk from the home (1 block). There is a nice club house with heated pool and lake access with dock behind the club house. A tennis court and play area is next to the club house and Polo Park golf course is adjacent to the community. All Kissimmee and Orlando attractions are close by and Disney is practically in the back yard. Newly remodeled, it's beautiful. Our 5 bedroom home is located in "The Palms" development of "Lake Davenport Estates". Situated on a huge corner lot it gives you a sense of space. This 2 story executive style home has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and it's own private, screened in heated pool and sleeps up to 12 plus baby. The villa is spaciously laid out on a large corner lot. Our 2 homes are approximately ¼ mile apart with Disney and the other Orlando attractions very close to either home. You’ll love the location. If you are looking for something extra special but affordable then look no further.
