Space Center, Cypress Gardens, Wet And Wild, and the fabulous beach
of both coasts.
Located on a slight elevation overlooking a lake to the front .on one
of the newest,quietest and most prestigious estates in the area, you
also have many convenient facilities close by. A new Target, Beltz,
Best Buy, Ross, (J C Penny) opening soon, all of this and it is only
three
minutes to a huge Wall Mart, as well as many restaurants and shops,
and there are so many golf courses close buy you will be spoilt for
choice.
The Villa is almost new and is maintained to an extremely high standard
regardless of cost.
Spacious rooms and high ceilings provide extensive living space for up to 8
guests and a baby!! The furnishings and accessories throughout are stylish
and only
of
the highest quality.
There is of course full air conditioning throughout the house as well as ceiling
fans for additional comfort in the lounge and all bedrooms. To the rear an
exquisite pool and spa (BOTH CAN BE HEATED) and deck area provide the perfect
place to
soak up the sun or simply splash around, or sun loungers if you want to relax.
There is also an extensive covered area with again a ceiling fan where you
can cool off and relaxing the shade and dine al fresco in complete comfort.
All creature comforts have been provided and there is a very well -equipped kitchen and laundry room.as well as excellent entertainment facilities throughout the house,including a super games room that will prove a big hit with all of the family. Wireless internet access has been provided for your convenience.
Our Villa has been designed to allow you to enjoy your holiday in
the lap of luxury. We even provide added touches such as hair dryer,
hair straiteners,
pool towels, needles and cotton and spare buttons should you loose one. Just
bring
your clothes, personal items and swimwear, and switch off as you enter through
the door.
At the end of a long day at the parks our villa provides the perfect home
for you to relax possibly have a dip in the pool ready for your next adventure
.
LOUNGE Spacious and beautifully furnished with beige leather sofas and
armchair, burgundy velvet cushions and curtail valance, stylish pictures,
accessories and lighting, as well as a 42"plasma TV and DVD player
with various DVDs and a small library for you to relax with. The lounge
opens out
onto the delightful pool area through panoramic sliding doors.
KITCHEN Fully-fitted and extremely spacious ,there is a large fridge/freezer,
cooker, microwave, in-sink waste disposal dish washer, and all of the
small appliances you will
need, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking equipment, and accessories
you could ever want.
DINING AREA Located adjacent to the kitchen in an open-plan format,
the dining area is bright and airy, looking out over the lake, with
seating
for 8 There are 3 panoramic windows with spanish viol and lace curtains
for your privacy.
BEDROOM 1 A luxuriously-finished king-bedded room with its own TV and
DVD player. Fantastic en-suite facilities, including a garden tub,large
walk in shower, twin vanity units, and a separate toilet. A cupboard
with all of the towels you could need.
BEDROOM 2 Finely appointed queen-bedded room with silk bed cover,a
TV and DVD player. Full en-suite facilities including a tub, and shower,
vanity unit and toilet, and again a cupboard with all towels you could
need.
BEDROOM 3 Twin bedded room dressed with attractive
lemon covers and curtains a TV and DVD player-just to keep the kids
happy.
BEDROOM 4 A very comfortable twin bedded room again with its own TV
and DVD player so that nobody misses out.
FAMILY BATHROOM Full bathroom to service both bedrooms.
GAMES ROOM The garage has been converted into a games room to add to
the enjoyment of your stay. Here you will find a pool table, air hockey,
and a dart board.
LAUNDRY ROOM While not the most glamorous part of your holiday, it
is at lest nice to know that you have the convenience of a washer dryer
and iron to hand.
