When you arrive at our luxury villa situated in the gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, you will only be minutes from a host of attractions including the world famous Disney Parks (Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom), Cypress Gardens, Universal Studios, Seaworld........
Excellent restaurants and shopping within 5 mins.
Walmart, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Blockbusters, fast food restaurants
all less than
5 minutes drive from house. New shopping development including Target, Belk,
Best Buy, Michaels, Staples just opened only 10 minutes away. Lowes just across
the road.
It is ideally located to shopping including a very convenient 24 hour Walmart
only half a mile away. It is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. Our
villa can sleep a maximum of 12 guests, plus baby. It is fully equipped and
will feel
just like home.
If you wish, or have to, work on this vacation, we also have a defined office
area with free wireless internet throughout the home for your convenience.
You will love our open plan home which features a spacious living area
and foyer. There is cable TV throughout for you to enjoy, plus the facility
of a dvd/vhs player in the den (we also provide a selection of videos
and dvds). All rooms enjoy the coolness provided by ceiling fans, most
welcome on balmy Florida nights.
The pool (with excellent safety fence and buit-in light) is south
east facing and you’ll be spending lots of time here soaking
up the sun. After a long day in the parks, relax, have a barbeque/outdoor
meal and watch the kids play. You'll love the sheltered lanai with
ceiling fan, by the pool and will probably spend most of your time
here admiring the lovely landscaping with beautiful palm trees (this
is what Florida is all about!). Plus there are great views of the
lake from the front of the home.
The villa features:
A large master suite downstairs for you to enjoy, with king- size bed,
walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, flatscreen television and private bathroom.
This Master suite has a private door leading directly out to the lanai
and pool area.
A large King Size master upstairs with large mirrored wardrobes, ceiling
fan, flat screen television and private bathroom.
A full size double bedroom with wardrobes, ceiling fan and television.
A twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, television and private
bathroom.
A Queen bedroom with large wardrobe, ceiling fan, television and private
bathroom is located downstairs.
This is a great home base for one large family, two small families
or just for you folks who like your space.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, a home from home, why spend
money eating out when you can make great meals at home?
There is a lovely dining area off the kitchen, where the family can
enjoy a meal and talk about the fun they had that day, or sit quietly
and relax in the separate sitting area (Den) off the main living
space.

You'll love the floor plan with almost 2,500 square feet of space.
For golfers, this Villa is 1 mile from Southern Dunes Golf Club. This is a great course and is very children friendly. The club is open to the public and the rounds are reasonably priced. There are several golf courses around, but Champions Gate "National" course is another worth attempting while in Orlando. Super facilities there and again reasonably priced.
