The villa has been furnished to a very high standard by a professional interior design team to add a touch of luxury to your holiday in the Florida sunshine. It offers comfortable and elegant accommodation throughout.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans (some remote control operated) in all of the bedrooms, the main living area and under the lanai for extra comfort.
This will be a real treat as the flat screen television and 700W 5.1 surround sound audio system along with the 5 changer DVD player offer an opportunity if so desired to escape into the world of your favorite film. Connection to the cable television service ensures a multitude of channels to select from. Internet access is available.
The villa's kitchen is fully equipped for all of your self catering needs if you choose to eat in whether you want to prepare a 4 course feast or re-heat a pizza in the microwave.
The villa has 5 bedrooms arranged as 2 Master Bedrooms with en-suites bathrooms, 1 Queen room and 2 twin rooms. There is a further bathroom with pool access.
Each bedroom has masses of storage space in the form of built in wardrobes and separate drawers. All bed linen is provided as are sufficient towels for everyone. The towels can be used around the pool area.
Also you can choose where to eat your creations; at the table in the kitchen, sitting on high stools at the counter or in style in the formal dining area.
Master Bedroom 1 is a beautifully furnished room with a king size bed,
remote controlled ceiling fan and a flat screen television with built
in DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has twin wash basins, a full size
tub as well as a large walk in shower. Patio doors lead from the bedroom
to the villa's pool and patio area.
Games Facilities has recently been added are a 7' fully equipped
pool table, some free weights and exercise bench as well a full bristle
dart board, all to add to your enjoyment of this home.
Master Bedroom 2 is a spacious, light and airy room and is reached by a flight of stairs and is the ideal room for a couple young or old, to escape to. Again this room has a King Size bed, remote controlled ceiling fan and a flat screen television with built in DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, a full size tub as well as an over bath shower.
Queen Room is furnished with a Queen size bed, overlooking the country side and a lake. It has a Flat screen television with built in DVD player.
Twin room 1 is furnished with 2 twin beds, in a distinctive black and white theme and is provided with a Flat screen television with built in DVD player. In addition this room offers a Play Station 2 with five games supplied.
Twin room 2 is furnished with 2 twin beds, and has a Flat screen television with built in DVD player. In addition there is a simple games playing console supplied with over 76000!! games.
One of the villa's special features is the screened south facing 30'
x 15' foot swimming pool with hot tub and spa which looks out over a protected
nature
reserve to the side and open countryside to the rear. This is a very private
part of the villa.
Plenty of patio space is provided on the extended deck as is a host of patio
furniture so that everyone can relax in the sunshine or, if getting too hot,
retreat to the shade of the lanai.
The pool has been designed to be as safe as possible for swimmers of all ages. Its depth ranges from 3' to 5' in a very gentle slope. The underwater lighting offers a great opportunity to swim at night if the feeling takes you!
The water is constantly maintained (when necessary) at approximately 28°C - 29°C (83°f - 85°f) using an electric water heater.
The hot tub is able to sit 5 - 6 people in comfort and is a wonderful place to relax (either with or without the spa). The water in this part is heated to approximately 38°C - 39°C (100°f - 103°f).
