You will have everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable family vacation in this private pool home. To help accomodate your stay in this self-catered vacation home, the following are include in the home: a fully equipped kitchen including all dishware, cookware, bakeware and utensils, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Refrigerator with Ice Maker; a full size clothes washer and dryer. Towels, linens, and Iron/Ironing Board are also provided as is unlimited local phone calls. In addition to the standard features, there are several additional televisions, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a Game Cube System. After a long day at area attractions, you can relax as you swim in the
pool, or just sit at the table or on the lounges all within an insect
free screened pool enclosure. The master suite includes a king size bed,
television and private bath. The additional bedrooms include 2 queen rooms,
2 twin rooms and a sleeper sofa providing sleeping arrangements for up
to 12 guests. This well maintained home is located just minutes away from all the Orlando area attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Supermarkets, golf, dining and local pubs are conveniently located a short distance away. Since the home is centrally located in FL, beaches on either coast, and Cape Canaveral are approximately an hour away. The home is child friendly, and no pets and no smoking allowed inside the home.
